For builders, developers & architects

Four hundred kitchens that all look like the sample.

Bulk modular supply is a manufacturing problem, not a carpentry problem. We produce to a frozen specification, deliver in phases against your programme, and bill on milestones.

Capability

What a trade engagement includes.

The difference between a vendor and a supplier is whether they can repeat themselves. Everything below exists to make repetition provable.

01

Rate-loaded against your BOQ

Send drawings and a bill of quantities. You get back a line-by-line rate against your own format, not ours.

02

Sample unit before production

We build a mock-up flat or a single unit to the agreed specification. Production starts only after you sign it off.

03

Identical across every unit

Same cutting list, same jig, same hardware. Unit 400 matches the sample as closely as unit 1.

04

Phased, tower-by-tower delivery

Production is scheduled against your construction programme so material arrives when the floor is ready, not before.

05

Flat-packed and labelled

Units arrive knocked-down, corner-protected and labelled by flat number — less site storage, less damage.

06

Milestone billing, GST-compliant

Work order, running account bills, retention terms. We can align to your standard vendor contract.

Paperwork

What lands on your desk.

No part of this is optional or chargeable extra. It is how we run a project.

  1. 01Rate-loaded quotation against your BOQ format
  2. 02Shop drawings for approval (plan, elevation, section)
  3. 03Material specification sheet with brands and grades
  4. 04Mock-up unit or sample flat for sign-off
  5. 05Production and delivery schedule mapped to your programme
  6. 06Weekly production status reporting
  7. 07Installation team deployment plan
  8. 08Warranty and maintenance documentation at handover

Trade enquiry

Send us a drawing and a unit count.

We will come back with a rate-loaded quotation and a production schedule. If the volume does not suit our capacity, we will say so straight away rather than waste your time.

What do you need?

We reply within one working day. Your details are never shared.

Questions

Trade FAQs.

It means the carpentry is manufactured on machines in our factory, not built by hand in your flat. Panels are CNC-cut to ±0.5mm, all four edges are sealed by an automatic edge-bander, and hinge holes are drilled from the drawing rather than marked by eye. Site work becomes assembly — which is why installation takes days instead of weeks and your home does not fill with sawdust.

Capacity check

Tell us the unit count and the handover date.

Those two numbers decide whether we are the right supplier for the project. Everything else follows from them.
