For homeowners
Your whole home, under one contract.
One team designs it, our factory manufactures it, and our own fitters install it. You get an itemised price, a fixed date and one person to call.
Itemised, not bundled
Every line shows material, finish and brand. You can compare it against any other quotation.
A date in the contract
Handover date is written into the agreement, not promised verbally and revised monthly.
Written warranty
Warranty on manufacturing defects, plus the manufacturer warranty on branded hardware.
Milestone payments
You pay against booking, design freeze, production and installation — never far ahead of the work.
Scope
Take one room or the whole flat.
Most homeowners start with the kitchen and wardrobes, then add ceiling, paint and furnishing once they see the finish. You are not obliged to take everything.
Modular Carpentry
Kitchens, wardrobes, storage — built on the factory floor.
DetailsFurniture
Loose and built-in furniture made to your drawing.
DetailsFurnishing
Curtains, blinds, upholstery, rugs and styling.
DetailsFalse Ceiling
Gypsum and POP ceilings with integrated lighting.
DetailsPaint & Wall Finishes
Surface preparation done properly, then the finish.
DetailsCivil, Electrical & Plumbing
The work that has to happen before the pretty part.
DetailsTurnkey Interiors
One contract, one team, one handover date.
DetailsSpecification levels
Three levels. Same manufacturing.
These are not quality tiers on the workmanship — every unit comes off the same machines. What changes is the core material, the finish and the hardware brand.
Signature
BWP ply core, acrylic or PU shutters, branded hardware, 10-year warranty.
Price this levelBespoke
Marine ply / HDHMR, veneer and lacquered glass, imported hardware, custom detailing.
Price this levelWhat happens when
A typical 2–3BHK, week by week.
Timelines shift with scope and site conditions, but the sequence does not. You will always know which stage you are in.
Consultation
We walk your flat or read your floor plan, understand how you actually live, and agree a scope.
Design & 3D
Layouts and 3D visuals for every room in scope, revised until you are happy with them.
Itemised quotation
A line-by-line price: core material, finish, hardware brand, ceiling, paint, furnishing. Nothing bundled.
Design freeze & production
You sign off drawings and specification. Panels go into production the same week.
Site works
Civil, electrical, plumbing, ceiling and paint proceed on site while carpentry is being manufactured.
Install & handover
Flat-packed units arrive, get assembled and aligned, then a joint snag list, deep clean and handover.
Questions
Before you commit.
It means the carpentry is manufactured on machines in our factory, not built by hand in your flat. Panels are CNC-cut to ±0.5mm, all four edges are sealed by an automatic edge-bander, and hinge holes are drilled from the drawing rather than marked by eye. Site work becomes assembly — which is why installation takes days instead of weeks and your home does not fill with sawdust.
