Most interior companies subcontract carpentry to a team that works in your home. We own the factory the carpentry comes out of — which is the whole reason our edges are straight and our timelines are short.

On the floor

What each machine is for.

Not a spec-sheet flex. Each of these removes one specific way that hand-built carpentry goes wrong.

01

Beam / panel saw

Cuts full 8×4 boards to nested panel sizes at ±0.5mm, with a scoring blade so neither face chips.

Why it matters

Straight, square panels. Every carcass sits flush instead of being packed out with shims.

Automatic edge bander

Applies and trims 0.8–2mm PVC edging under heat and pressure, then buffs the joint.

Why it matters

All four edges sealed. Moisture cannot enter the core, and edges do not peel in year two.

CNC router / multi-boring

Drills hinge cups, shelf pins and dowel holes straight from the production drawing.

Why it matters

Shutters line up. Gaps are even. Nothing is marked by eye or drilled twice.

Membrane / vacuum press

Wraps profiled shutters in PVC foil under vacuum at controlled temperature.

Why it matters

Seamless profile shutters with no visible joint line.

Spray booth

Dust-controlled PU and duco spray finishing with forced curing.

Why it matters

A flat, even film — impossible to achieve with a brush in an occupied flat.

QC & dry-assembly bay

Every unit is assembled, hardware-fitted, checked against the drawing, then knocked down and packed.

Why it matters

Defects are found in the factory. Your home is not the testing ground.

Sequence

Six stages, in order.

Stages 02 to 04 happen in the factory while your site is still being prepared. That parallel is where the time saving comes from.

Measure & draw

Site is laser-measured and converted into production drawings. Every panel gets a number before anything is cut.

Nest & cut

Panels are nested for minimum waste and cut on a panel saw / CNC to ±0.5mm. No hand-sawing, no site cutting.

Edge-band & drill

Automatic edge-banders seal all four edges with 0.8–2mm PVC. CNC drilling puts every hinge and shelf pin in exactly one place.

Dry-assemble & QC

Units are assembled in the factory, hardware fitted and checked, then knocked down and packed. Faults are found here, not in your home.

Deliver & install

Flat-packed, labelled and delivered. The in-house install team assembles, levels and aligns on site — days, not weeks.

Snag & hand over

Joint snag list, corrections, deep clean and a documented handover with warranty and care instructions.

Quality control

Checked before it is packed.

A unit leaves the factory only after it has been fully assembled once, on our floor, with the hardware on it.

  • Panel dimensions verified against the cutting list
  • Edge banding inspected on all four edges of every panel
  • Hinge and shelf-pin positions checked against the drawing
  • Hardware fitted and cycled before dispatch
  • Shutter gaps and alignment set in the dry-assembly bay
  • Units labelled, corner-protected and packed by room
